Abstract: In determining the level of adaptation, various methodical approaches were tested, the application of which allows to analyze individual structural components, assess their impact and give a quantitative and qualitative characterization in the development of variant solutions for adapting business entities to the conditions of structural and technological shifts. The stage of methodical toolkit includes: the choice of classification features for the development of a map scheme of adaptation of agricultural organizations of Russian subjects on the level of development of innovative technologies for agricultural activities; Assessment of the level of agricultural organizations' development of elements of innovative technologies in agriculture, on the basis of which a map of the distribution of subjects of the Russian Federation is drawn up.
